Kids Club

Kids Club is a free program for children ages 6-12 who meet after school on Mondays at the Alexander Family Resource Centre. The program offers help with homework, crafts, games, gardening, healthy snacks and outdoor games. Parents/caregivers are welcome to join in.

CFLA program facilitators and Shawnigan Lake School students plan the activities and are present to be with the children.

There are three (3) sessions per school year. Kid Club will not be offered on statutory holidays or any day that school is not in session.

As we attempt to accommodate as many families as possible, you may register for one (1) session. If your child would like to join another session, they will be put on a waitlist, subject to available space.

Registration

Registration will take place the week before each session commences. Forms are available at Cowichan Family Life or at the Alexander Family Resource Centre. Only children with signed registration forms will be admitted.
