Are you tired of feeling angry and frustrated? If your anger is affecting your relationship with your children, partner or your work place, this program can help you make positive changes.

Through this program, you will gain a deeper understanding of anger and learn a variety of tools to deal with it. All group process is based on up-to-date research and is supervised by a Registered Clinical Counsellor.

The 10-week Anger Management Program provides support for both men and women who wish to change their anger patterns. Cost is $250 (register before February 7, 2008 and save $25!)
