Cowichan Family Life has been dedicated to
providing support and counselling services to residents of the
Cowichan Valley area since 1970.
The volunteer lay counselling program honours
the right for community members to receive confidential,
respectful, and ethical services. We are committed to
supporting our community by providing trained volunteer
counsellors.
In a confidential setting you can share your
concerns and learn new skills & information with a trained
volunteer counsellor. Counsellors are trained to provide
counselling support to individuals and couples, and are
supervised by a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Community
and self-referrals are welcome. We also provide practicum
placements for University Counselling Programs.
One-on-one sessions or couples counselling,
suggested fee: $10/session
