Cowichan Family Life
Serving individuals and families
in
Cowichan since 1970
Cowichan Family Life grew out of a grassroots movement driven by concerned and caring people, who believed counselling services should be available to everyone and that people like you and I could learn the fundamental skills to provide quality counselling support.
The Cowichan-Malahat Counselling Service was incorporated as a society under the Societies Act of British Columbia on March 25, 1970 and was given its present name of Cowichan Family Life Association on April 30, 1974.
Today the agency has 3 service streams--Family Resource Programs, the Cowichan Community Resource Bus: an onboard early learning and literacy outreach program , and Counselling Services.
