Our Mission is to
support families and individuals in the Cowichan Valley by
providing confidential, respectful and ethical services.
Our vision is to help create a safe and nurturing community.
What's New!
We proudly present the 14th Annual Cowichan Valley Garden Tour on Sunday, June 1, 2008.
The Garden Tour is a self-guided tour of six unique and beautiful gardens located throughout our community.
Two gardens will host a tea and light refreshments. Your $15 ticket will provide a map and brief description
of each of the gardens. For example:
Over the last 10 years we have transformed four acres into a resting place
of water, lawns, rock gardens, decks and water features. Our gardens are a blend of perennials, annuals, roses,
evergreen and conferees trees. A beautiful gazebo invites a garden wedding or enjoying a great book. Enjoy a cup of
tea or coffee while you watch the ducks and other wildlife. Enjoy the great mountain views while you walk the paths.
Listing to the gentle flow of water streaming into the two acre pond.

The Cowichan community has received a $28,000 grant to create a mobile Cowichan Community Resource Bus as an early
learning initiative. The bus will be a child-centered place where you can join in with the Mother Goose program, chat with friends and neighbours,
or have a coffee and find information about your community's programs. For more information, contact Maureen Gallinger at (250) 748-8281.
